Aktrea Capital Pte Ltd and its affiliates ("Aktrea" or "we"), which currently hold the copyright of the Handbook of Global Corporate Treasury and its related website, material and mobile and internet applications (individually or collectively referred to as the "Site") are pleased to provide its content on the Site subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). We may periodically change the Terms, so please check back from time to time. These Terms were last updated on 15 October 2012. By accessing and using this Site, you agree to these Terms and to our changing them from time to time. 6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

By assessing Aktrea's websites, online content and services, you agree that such access and/or use, as well as these Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with Singapore laws and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof.

No failure or delay by Aktrea to exercise or enforce any of its rights under these Terms will operate as a waiver of such rights nor will such failure or delay in way prejudice or affect its right at any time thereafter to act strictly in accordance with our rights under the Terms.

8. Other Terms and Conditions

The use of Aktrea's services is also subject to other terms and conditions as may be agreed or accepted by you (collectively, "Aktrea Terms and Conditions"). If there is any conflict or inconsistency between any of Aktrea Terms & Conditions and any of these Terms, such conflict or inconsistency will be resolved in a manner most favourable to Aktrea and its affiliates. However, if such conflict or inconsistency cannot be so resolved, Aktrea Terms & Conditions will prevail over these Terms.
